Mike is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. If you hang around him for an hour it's likely he'll run in to a dozen people he knows. Mike came on board over ten years ago and has proven to be a great asset, and for many people he is the face of CBR&G. He thoroughly enjoys the VB nightlife.

Norman Harrington

Inside Sales

 

Norm may be Chesapeake Bay Rubber’s most productive salesperson. His ability to retain product information makes him a valuable resource to his customers. With over 15 years experience he puts just as much effort in to selling one O-Ring as he does selling 100 tank truck hoses. He lives in Virginia Beach and loves Soccer.

Lessell Holmes

General Manager / Vice President

 

"Holmes", as he is known to most of his customers, is a rubber veteran. He joined CBR&G in 1983, and has excelled in every aspect of the company. His main responsibilities currently rest in sales and administration. He is known for enjoying conversations with his customers and having a rambunctious sense of humor. He lives in Norfolk, VA with his wife and two small children.

Geoff Long

Vice President


Geoff joined CBR&G in 2004 after obtaining a bachelor's degree in business from The University of North Carolina Wilmington. Trained in every facet of the industrial rubber business from production to accounting, Geoff carries daily control over the company's waterjet operations. Although he primarily functions as an inside salesperson it is not uncommon to find him on the road or in the shop running the waterjet or crimping hose. He lives in Virginia Beach.
